SBA 504 loans are the perfect tool for your clients who are looking to
purchase, renovate or construct real estate for their business (must
be 51% owner occupied), as well as large fixed equipment
purchases.  504 loans are typically structured with the bank funding
50% of the total project, MVEDC funding 40% and securing it with a
2nd lien position. The borrower is typically only required to inject
10% into the project. Would your borrower's benefit from 20 year
